The apartment, including the terrace, is around 100 m2. It has 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds with brand new sheets and super comfortable covers.
The large living room is elegantly furnished and has a large couch that one additional person can comfortably sleep on. Of course there is also a big screen flat TV, radio and wireless internet network at your disposal.
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you expect to find in a superior kitchen. It has all the usual needed appliances and equipment including a microwave, oven, dishwasher and other things that will enable you to cook your favorite meal.
There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the entrance, so you won’t have any problems whatsoever with the parking.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We always try to guarantee the lowest possible price when you book through our website.
Minimum stays:
- Through the year: 2 nights.
- July and August: 3 nights.
- From December 20th through January 5th: 4 nights.
BOOKING PROCESS
When booking through our website a full prepayment for the whole stay is required. No booking is confirmed until a full payment has been paid.
The payment is refundable according to the cancellation conditions (below).
We only accept credit cards that support online payments. Supported credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex and Discover.
The other possible payment option is by bank transfer. For that option contact us directly.
The 9.5% VAT is included in the price.
The Tourist Tax is included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change and in case they do please note:
- Your full payment / deposit minus 5% of the cancellation amount will be returned up to 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date
- Regardless of the reason there is NO refund and the reservation cannot be moved to another date for a cancellation received less than 10 days prior to the arrival date as we have little chance of renting the apartment to others in that time.
- If the guests decide to leave early, we will retain the full amount of the payment.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 16:00.
Check-out is until 10:00.
Sometimes early check-in or late check-out will be possible, but always with prior agreement. It depends on the fact whether any other guests are departing or arriving on that same day.
Upon check-in all guests must present a proper photo ID or passport.
HOUSE RULES
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house policy and rules. When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar and agree with them and that you fully respect them. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation.
- No smoking indoors. Guests can only smoke outside on the terrace.
- No pets under any condition.
- No housekeeping service provided. Towels and linens are provided. Towels / linens should not be taken outside nor should they be used for cleaning.
- No parties or events.
- In case of any damage to the property, either on purpose or by accident, the guest responsible will have to make restitution for the full amount of the damage caused.

At Sunny Villa apartment we take security seriously. When you make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
